It has been a great experience to eat Raw Food. Raw nutrition contains all the life force in it, so we are realistically eating in its most natural state, meaning that the body is able to process the real nutritional values available in it, which gives the body a chance to rapidly assimilate all the enzymes, minerals and all the other nutritional derivatives.
I believe that any diet changes should be followed by a close looking into the personal physical and psychological conditions, location where one lives, seasons, and all other aspects of life, specially the acceptability by the body and mind.
One thing is definitive about Raw Food, it will always be an enriching experience; once someone try a full bowl of sprouts and green leaf salad, the body will never forget that joyfully experience.
